What if you had one sacred space each week where you didn’t have to hold it all together?
Welcome to The Wild Reclaim.
A weekly online space for women who are ready to release, reconnect, and rise. This isn’t therapy. It’s deeper than journaling. And it’s not another to-do list on your calendar.
It’s a place to be real.
Each session blends:
• Heart-led sharing
• Soulful themes (boundaries, burnout, worth, identity)
• Guided hypnotherapy or deep visualisation
• Gentle integration and space to just be
It’s £14/week. No contracts. No pressure.
Just 90 minutes to come home to yourself, because peace, clarity and sisterhood shouldn’t be a luxury.
You were never meant to survive in pieces.

Once a month, I hold space for a powerful and nourishing in-person women’s circle in Cornwall.
A sacred pause in the noise of life.
This is a safe, intimate gathering where women of all ages and backgrounds come together to release, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
We share honestly, breathe deeply, and often cry, laugh, and rise in the same evening.
Each circle weaves together soulful conversation, emotional release, gentle ritual, and guided visualisation or hypnotherapy, helping you leave lighter, clearer, and more rooted in your truth. Come exactly as you are. No masks, no pressure, just real connection, held with love.

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT
As a transformational life coach, holistic therapist, hypnotherapist, and neurolinguistic therapist, she embodies a multifaceted approach to personal growth and healing and blends her skills into the perfect two hours of deep work.
Known as "Moonchild," Ruth adopted this name as her music stage name to reflect her spiritual practices and the comforting presence she felt during challenging times. Even in her darkest moments, including her homeless teenage years, she sensed a guiding light that was always illuminating her path.
Through her powerful stories of resilience, Ruth shares her journey of self-discovery amidst life's ups and downs. She champions a vibrant, creative lifestyle while offering therapeutic support to others through her community, "The Moonchilds Tribe Womens Circle." Ruth embraces her authentic self, celebrating individuality and encouraging others to do the same.
Her ethos revolves around transforming survival into thriving, a lifestyle she fully embodies. Once faced with homelessness, hunger, and struggles with alcohol, low self-esteem, and various forms of abuse, Ruth took charge of her life by confronting her fears and engaging in her transformative programs. Infused with a touch of magic, her world has evolved, and she continues to grow as she embraces new ways of thinking and being and in turn, helping others.
